Called a head of time to find out if they had a wig I was looking for specifically and they said come in we will be happy to help you. I drove out of my way (45 min with a baby) all to be rudely disrespected. I specifically said this is needed for a person who has a medical condition and can’t use clip in before coming. I asked the Asian lady who seemed to handle the wig department for some assistance and was told “I’m busy doing inventory” and she shot me away with her hand. The other lady didn’t seem to know much about given inventory as when I asked for help she said “look around this is all we have”. I can clearly use my eyes and didn’t see what I needed so a little bit of assistance would have gone a long way. I know inventory is important but helping clients should be top priority. Sorry but won’t be coming back here for anything. They do have large supply of beautify products for good price- one plus.

I will no longer be spending my money in this place and I advised my family and friends to do the same. I know it's hard because they have the monopoly on the weaves and extension in the area but I will be looking into other options. I've been going to this place for years even after a moved to another county. Yesterday I went to pick up a wig and the color I wanted was on the display head (it was the last one). For as long as I have spent money in this place the diplay is 10 percent off. Yesterday I was advised by the guy ringing me up they dont do it anymore because they lose money. Everytime they discount a display. So you want me to pay full price for hair that has been tried on and continuously touch for who knows how long. Please keep in mind it was would only reduce the wig $3.00. He advised me to get another color (the coloring wanted is the one I chose). I also had several other items to purchase. I decided to walk out with nothing. How many of us spend hundreds of dollars in this stores? Don't let them try to convince you they are losing so much money. It's simply not true. You have a right to challenge the mess they try to feed you in this store. I will not be back. The workers try their best but the owners are money hungry and inconsiderate.
